Shipping Policies

Please allow about 5-7 days for shipment (during regular, non gem show times). This is a one person business so I handle almost everything by myself, from posting, and customer service/ sales, to packing and shipment. Each order is packaged with love and attention. 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges permitted, except damaged items. Damaged Items shipped through priority mail are directed to file an insurance claim with USPS. If not shipped with insurance please contact me to work out a refund, exchange or shop credit.
